Shore List-It

You keep 70%

You own it. We list it. That tool, bike, piece of furniture, or box of gear sitting in your garage is worth money, but photographing it, pricing it, writing the listing, and answering messages is a whole job. This is that job, done for you, in Snow Hill and around Worcester County, Maryland.

Status: Taking first items now.

No upfront fee. When your item sells, you get 70 percent of the sale price and the listing service keeps 30 percent (minimum $15). If it does not sell in 21 days, you take it back and owe nothing. No payments are collected on this page.

Step 1
Send a photo of the item. One photo and one line about what it is. You get a straight answer on whether it is worth listing.
Step 2
Agree the floor price in writing. Pricing comes from what the same item actually sells for locally. The floor never drops without you saying so.
Step 3
It gets listed and sold. Good photos, a real listing on Facebook Marketplace, messages and meetup handled. On a $100 sale, you get $70 and the service keeps $30.

The split, plain

$0
Upfront. No listing fee, no photo fee, no fee at all if the item does not sell.
70 / 30
You keep 70 percent of the actual sale price. The service keeps 30 percent, with a $15 minimum per item.
$50+
Items worth listing. Items expected to sell under $50 are declined plainly, because the split is not worth either side's time.
21 days
One listing round. Unsold after 21 days, you take the item back free, or agree a lower floor and one more round.
The rules, plain
Why not list it yourself

You can, and plenty of people do. The ones who do not usually stall on the same three things: bad photos, a guessed price, and the flood of messages. This service exists for the items that have sat for months because of those three things. A local person you can meet does the work, and you keep most of the money.
